A well-regarded specialist practice with offices across the UK is expanding their Family department and is seeking a confident and passionate Family Paralegal to join their dedicated and specialist Family Law team in Liverpool city centre.
Recognised across the North West for their high level and quality work, this is a fantastic opportunity to deal with a diverse caseload of Family Law matters of the highest quality and work as part of a reputable team in Liverpool.
You'll work alongside the wider Family team, which consists of both qualified and non-qualified fee earners. You'll handle your own caseload of predominantly legal aid Family Law matters including matrimonial, abuse, domestic violence, financial, childcare and arrangement issues etc. Ideally you will have dealt with Non Molestation Orders, Occupation Orders and Prohibited Steps orders from start to finish and have conducted your own advocacy.
This is a great opportunity for an ambitious Family Paralegal looking to progress and further their legal career. You'll be supported by the wider team and Heads of Department and encouraged to reach your full potential.
