This cutting-edge health-tech business with worldwide operations is looking to appoint a Sole Legal Counsel to replace its current lawyer who is due to retire later this year.

As part of the Exec Team, you will advise and support the business on its legal affairs, which largely includes contracts advisory work (including public procurement) as well as managing relevant compliance, related regulatory issues, property, and litigation matters. Commercial experience is key, although some prior knowledge of the additional areas would be extremely useful. The role will also be supported by the company’s external legal panel.

The organisation is looking for a pragmatic lawyer who is self-sufficient and possess commercial flare. The ability to be able to communicate effectively with all level of stakeholders is key.
