The Role: Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor 4+ PQE
You will join a leading department in the West End.
The team deals with a HNW client base and handles all work within the residential property sector to a high level.
The firm is incredibly strong across real estate - both contentious and non-contentious, and anyone aligning their practice to this department will benefit from being part of a highly knowledgeable team.
The team is growing and their is an active caseload for you to come into, to hit the ground running from day one.
Given the firm's lucrative bonus structure, you will be able to (with a bit of hard work!) earn well, over and above your basic salary.
Requirements:
- England & Wales qualified Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor 4+ PQE
- Attention to detail and ability to see issues from a commercial perspective.
- Keen, driven and ambitious attitude to provide the highest levels of services to clients
