Real Estate Solicitor (0 - 5 Years PQE)
My client is a well established law firm with offices across Cornwall. They place a huge emphasis on the well being of their employees and as such they have been consistently named in the prestigious ‘Times 100 Best Companies to Work For'.
They are now looking for a Real Estate Solicitor to join them in their Truro office.
You will undertake a varied caseload and assist with all aspects of commercial property work, with duties including but not limited to; land and development, landlord and tenant, and some sales.
In addition to fee earning work, there will be administrative duties, such as assisting with general administration and Lexcel compliance.
Ideally you will have 0 - 5 years PQE and be experienced with working your own, varied caseload.
On offer is a an extremely competitive package including an employee ownership profit share scheme.
Salary is DOE - £35,000 - £50,000
