In House: Scripted TV Production Lawyer for Indie

Our client is a leading production company operating with a portfolio of brands making scripted, comedy, factual, documentary and entertainment programming.

As they expand their in house legal team they are looking for a Scripted production lawyer to work with their new Head of Legal & Business Affairs. The role will support the business  and in particular its drama brands across the production of high end drama ( usually non returning series) and comedy.

Key responsibilities include advising, drafting and negotiating on writer agreements, formats, special stips, development, location, contributor agreements. Working on co-production agreements with broadcaster and buyers, Terms of Trade, financing and tax incentives.

£70,000 - £85,000 + benefits
