A long established and well respected Solicitors firm is looking to recruit a Solicitor to their family law department in Chesterfield.
The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor or legal executive with upwards of 5 years PQE in dealing with a caseload of privately funded family law matters in their current or previous positions.
This firm has a real family feel to it and they aim to provide a friendly and supportive working environment to all their staff. This role would be ideal for a family lawyer looking for a firm with a good reputation locally for family law work but without the pressure of having individual billing targets and micro managed working environments. The firm expect high standards from their lawyers but do not expect this to be at the detriment of work life balance and having to micro manage, instead aiming to provide a positive and friendly working environment where everyone can thrive and enjoy their roles whilst prividng a high level of service to clients.
There will be an existing caseload in this role however it is hoped over time you will play a key role in continuing to develop the department. The role may therefore suit lawyers looking for progression opportunities and a role with plenty of autonomy within a fantastic practice.
