Associate – Corporate (Capital Markets) – International Law Firm - London

My client is an international law firm, known for working with a fantastic range of exciting clients including industries such as media, technology, life-sciences and resources. The firm are Legal 500 ranked for their work in the Capital Markets space and are well known for their strong support for juniors and the approachable nature of their partners.

Due to continued successes over the past year, the Corporate team are now looking to hire an exceptional Associate at 2-5 PQE to join the team at the firm’s office in central London.

The role will suit candidates who are interested in joining a fast-paced and dynamic city law firm with an excellent reputation. The corporate team work with companies, nominated advisers, financial advisers, brokers, sponsors, corporate advisers, investors. 

You will be advising on: 

• AIM and IPO's
• RTO to AIM or Standard List or ISDX
• Acquisition and disposal of assets and/or shares 
• Due diligence and disclosure processes 
• Drafting and negotiating the terms of transaction ancillary documents
• General corporate work including corporate restructurings, shareholders agreements, joint ventures and limited liability partnership agreements, specifically drafting the principal documents
• Assisting with business development and tenders
• Opportunities for exposure to clients and transactions with a particular focus on emerging markets
