In House Corporate Lawyer - Pension

Pure Search are working with a fast growing and highly entrepreneurial business operating in the pensions sector. Extremely well backed financially, the company is in a period of expansion and seeking to grow its legal team. Reporting into the General Counsel, the postholder will be responsible for a broad mix of pensions, corporate, governance, regulatory and commercial legal work.

Candidate are expected to demonstrate the following:

Qualified solicitor - four year plus PQE with a good law firm background

Corporate law (pensions) and transactional experience

Commercial and entrepreneurial comfortable operating in a fast paced environment
