The Role

This firm is looking to hire a Real Estate Partner into their thriving West End, London office.

Joining a highly successful and established team that is friendly and commercially-minded, you'll be offered real investment.

The firm has an established client base and is particularly popular with entrepreneurs and HNW individuals due to their location and established Lawyers.

The firm's property work is of exceptional quality, and they act for a wide range of clients.

As a Real Estate Partner, likely, you will currently deal with all aspects of Commercial Property, such as advising HNW investors and corporate clients in connection with commercial property investment, commercial acquisitions (including development) and sales and commercial lease work.

However, whatever your broader experience is, the firm is particularly looking for someone with a background in development and secured lending who can help build up and develop the department through business development activities.

This role would be a very good option for anyone looking to align themselves with a leading London West End firm.

Requirements

• You will be a Real Estate Partner (England & Wales qualified Solicitor, no upper limit to the level of experience)
• You will have excellent technical knowledge, good commercial awareness and have the ambition to want to progress
• You will be the type of candidate who can think commercially and spot business opportunities
• You will enjoy working as part of a modern, collegiate environment
