The Role

The firm is seeking an Employment Paralegal to join its bustling office in Birmingham.

You will work within the esteemed Birmingham Employment and HR team on a range of contentious and non-contentious work for both commercial/corporate clients and individuals, and act as a client liaison.

You will be required to perform a range of administrative duties, including but not limited to diary management, submission of expenses, collation of document bundles and drafting of statements and other documentation.

The role will also have an element of business development, including pitches, proposals and tenders and preparation of marketing materials.
