The role

The firm is seeking a Corporate Immigration Solicitor to join their prestigious Warwickshire office.

The Corporate Immigration team has an open, creative and practical approach; working with their clients to find the best solutions.

You will deal with a broad range of work which will include; Tier 1 entrepreneur visa, Sponsor licence tier 2 applications, Tier 2 compliance, advising businesses from SME to FTSE 250, Acting for Tier 1 "high-value migrants", Leave to remain, Extensions to work permits and leave to remain.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression, including for the right candidate Partnership.

Requirements

• The firm are seeking to hire a Corporate Immigration Lawyer with at least two years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
• You will have good non-contentious experience
• You will have a good technical knowledge
• You will be an ambitious candidate
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your background, you will also receive an industry leading benefits package
