The Role

The firm are looking for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their buzzing office in Derby.

This makes for a rare opportunity to join in on the successful path this litigation team has carved.

Lead by a heavy hitting litigation Partner, you'll have unprecedented exposure to the firm's clients and you will work directly and closely with the Head of Department making for an incredibly interesting workload with a focus, but not limited to, professional negligence litigation.

The dispute's team handles a broad range of matters, all of which arise from their highly interesting client base. They are a dynamic, market leading department are highly commended in the Legal 500 and Chambers for their dispute resolution work.

The team have big plans to grow over the next few years so this is an excellent time to join them and progress in the department.

The work is varied and as an example, will include, largescale fraud claims, asset recovery, banking & finance disputes, insurance disputes, director and shareholder disputes, insolvency litigation, trust disputes and warranty claims.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Litigation Solicitor at least 5 years PQE
• Proven experience in a large regional or national practice is preferred
• Energy, drive and enthusiasm are key
• You will have a meticulous eye for detail
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Ability to handle a high-level caseload
