The Role
The firm is home to this well-respected team in Birmingham is now looking for a Solicitor to work a full caseload of property litigation matters.
You will have unrivalled support and be developed professionally, to become a stand out lawyer in this field.
The work will include landlord and tenant work (rent reviews, dilapidations, lease renewals, service charge disputes etc), building and development, acquisitions of land, options, possessions, purchaser claims, trespass/squatter actions and leasehold enfranchisement.
You will be acting for a spread of household name clients, developers and property portfolio managers.
This role comes with excellent prospects for progression.
Requirements
- 1 Year + PQE (No upper limit on level of experience)
- Qualified in England & Wales
- Ability to analyse complex legal issues
- Able to develop relationships with Partners, fee earners and staff at all levels
