The Role

The firm are looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor 4 years + PQE to join their office in Birmingham as part of their prestigious Private Client practice group.

The ideal candidate will have experience drafting including but not limited to; drafting both simple and complex Wills, Lasting Power of Attorney, and Court of Protection correspondence. There will be an element of Contentious Probate involved in this role so some exposure to this already would place the candidate in a strong position. The firm also work alongside a number of high net worth individuals and affluent clients.

The successful candidate would position themselves alongside senior management in the Firm, allowing for one to one training, and the opportunity to quickly leverage their technical acumen.

Requirements

• You will be a Private Client Solicitor Role 5+ years PQE.
• Strong hands-on experience in Wills, LPA's and Court of Protection drafting is required.
• Dealing with HNW and affluent clients is paramount.
• You will have good attention to detail and articulate yourself well
• Good communication skills are essential
