Description

The work on offer will be a mix of M&A, corporate structuring, restructuring, agency law, agency regulations, incorporations of entities, and contracts law

Profile

Candidates who apply should meet all the following criteria:

• Licensed lawyer under a common law jurisdiction
• 0-3 years PQE in a Corporate practice; open to an NQ who completed seats in corporate
• Candidates already based in UAE are preferred but we are open to receiving CV's of candidates keen to relocate from overseas
