The Role

3+ PQE Commercial Property Solicitor to join leading multi-office South-West Regional in Shaftesbury

Recently awarded as the "Best Property Team in Dorset", the Commercial Property team offers a full-service offering to those looking to Purchase, Sell, Finance, or Lease their commercial interests, be it representing small local businesses to those with large portfolios.

Trusted locally, the multi-Partner and Associate team operates from numerous offices, with this opportunity being based in Shaftesbury.

As a result of maternity leave applicable to a key player in the business, what is initially presented as a 12 month FTC will likely evolve into a permanent role due to a thriving market.

Due to the collaborative, open and supportive nature of the wider firm you will transition into the team quickly, utilising the support of Partners when required whilst having the independence to leave a lasting impression with the work you undertake.

You will inherit a mixed caseload fitting to your 3+ years of experience, have an influential position within the team and actively engage with current and future clients to ensure satisfactory outcomes.

The team specialises in supporting those with Agricultural interests owing to their location, so experience in supporting similar clients would be seen as advantageous.

• 3+ year Fee Earning experience within Commercial Property
• Excellent interpersonal skills when engaging with colleagues and clients alike
• High attention to deal, aligns with a client-focused approach
