Commercial Legal Counsel 2+

This international specialty insurer and reinsurer is looking for a Commercial lawyer to join their growing team in London, reporting directly to the UK Managing Counsel.

This is a key role and sits at the heart of the business, acting as legal and commercial advisor on a broad and dynamic range of corporate and commercial matters; including supplier agreements, outsourcing arrangements, software contracts, NDAs, as well as corporate transactions, intra-group arrangements and investments and advisory work.

You will have gained a minimum of 3 years’ experience In-House at a London market insurance company, broker or Lloyds company and/or in a top City Law Firm with a secondment within the insurance industry. You should have a proactive attitude and a genuine desire to be part of a dynamic and innovative business.
