The Firm:

A highly reputable law firm based in Southport are recruiting for a Litigation Solicitor to join the department on a permanent basis. They have a great reputation with the work that they do, resulting in long-standing clients across a national footprint.

The firm is looking for an experienced, proactive, ambitious litigator to advise on General Civil Litigation (e. property disputes, commercial dispute resolution, partnership/shareholder disputes, employment law, boundary disputes and general litigation matters).

The role would be suitable to someone with a minimum of 2years PQE and candidates must have the ability to run a caseload from start to finish and you will have sound knowledge and a proven track record. You will have excellent communication and business development skills.

They will be ambitious and enthusiastic about their area of law with excellent business development, communication and team skills.
