Commercial Associate required to work within team that provides complete legal support to firm’s client’s in-house legal teams: helping them to manage routine legal work, contract reviews and workload pressures.
The successful candidate will ensure clients are provided with high quality legal advice; mitigate commercial and legal risks and build strong relationships with the clients’ business teams.
To be considered for this role the successful candidate must be qualified to practice law within England and Wales, have undertaken a commercial seat as part of your traineeship or be an experienced commercial lawyer. This role will offer the flexibility of an inhouse role within private practice which will compliment successful candidate’s experience whether it’s been gained within private practice or inhouse.
