A leading regional Legal 100 firm is expanding its Banking and Finance team to meet client demand and would like to hire a 5 year PQE solicitor for its East Anglia office.
The tier 1 listed team which is led by a highly regarded partner act for household name banks, building society and lenders on a broad range of complex and challenging matters.
You will ideally have around 5 years PQE and your experience should cove syndicated and bilateral conventional lending, property finance, including advising on funding acquisitions of land, investment property and development/construction, funding, development capital, re-financings, restructurings/work-out, private finance and loan arrangements and asset finance/asset backed lending.
The firm can offer a mix of hot desking across its network, including the London office, along with remote/home working and a generous regional salary and full benefits.
