Senior Legal Counsel - 12 month FTC

My client is a leading technology focused organisation. Based in Milton Keynes they are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Commercial Lawyer to join their in house legal team.

Initially working remotely, you will be responsible for advising, drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts. In addition, you will be required to provide advice in regards to general commercial law matters and work very closely with the business and key stakeholders. Although part of a larger team this is a standalone role so will need someone with the gravitas and confidence to work predominantly on their own.

Initially a 12 month fixed term contract there is a strong possibility the role will be made permanent.

You will be a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE with demonstrable experience in commercial law but with the ability to deal with a wide range of ad hoc legal matters. It is also essential you have significant IT & Digital contract experience.
