Corporate Commercial Solicitor
An experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor is required to join the Chippenham office of a Legal 500 law firm.
The Commercial department of this established Wiltshire based practice has seen their income substantially increase in recent years and they are now looking for an experienced Solicitor to join them and assist with the continued growth of the department and firm.
You will advise on the full range of Corporate Commercial matters including but not limited to; Sales and Purchases, Mergers and Acquisitions, Management Buy Outs, mergers, drafting and negotiating Share Purchase Agreements and Asset Purchase Agreements as well as drafting and negotiating terms and conditions of business, supply agreements, shareholder agreements and distribution agreements.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 Yrs PQE and be comfortable with managing a busy and varied caseload. You will be technically strong and be able to provide expert Commercial advice to a range of clients.
The salary on offer is competitive and will be dependent on your level of experience £40,000- £55,000
