Our client, a leading US firm, is now looking to hire a junior corporate lawyer, preferably with 1PQE but the partners will also consider an exceptional NQ, to join the firm's London Corporate practice.
The work will involve a range of private and public M&A and Private Equity transactions for a stellar client base spanning a number of sectors.
Applicants for this position must be UK qualified with strong academics and excellent experience gained within another highly regarded corporate practice.
