Conveyancer

This Conveyancing specialist firm, established in 2012, is now seeking an additional fee-earner to join its team. You will work in a colourful, bright and quirky open plan office and there are 34 people in the company in total. It is a fun and friendly environment and the firm has strong family values. This role focuses on new build work, so you must have experience of handling a new build conveyancing caseload and of reading site packs etc. The firm have a post completions team that handle all that side of the work and if you carry over 35 files a month then you will also have an Assistant to support you. Salary is very dependent on experience. Conveyancing and Legal qualifications are not essential, but on the job experience is and you should have a minimum of 2 years experience of running conveyancing files.
