The Role

1-5 PQE Private Client Solicitor to join a prestigious Bristol firm

The local go-to on all Private Client law matters, the team's broad skillset often deals with high complexity and fiscal value cases, whilst never losing sight of the personal approach that sets them apart from the competition.

You will utilise your skills and experiences with the ownership of a buoyant caseload involving an appropriate mix of Wills, Probate, LPA and Estates & Trusts. The team supports clients in COP and contentious matters also.

Given the nature of the role, abundance of work and an expanding team, you will have the scope to specialise into preferred areas, underpinned by a sound knowledge of Private Client law.

Your entry into the team is strategic in the sense that continued investment is planned into your development, allowing you to build an internal and external reputation that speaks for itself, whilst seeing real and sustained jumps in responsibility, title and reward.

Structurally, the team is balanced to ensure staff work according to experience whilst being continually challenged. You will have room to breathe, find the work compelling and work in harmony with those at all levels with dedicated Paralegal support.

You will regularly engage with leadership internally whilst maintaining trusted relations with current and future clients.

The Requirements

• 1+ years Fee Earning experience within numerous areas of Private Client law

• Working in sync with colleagues to ensure a collaborative approach is maintained

• Willingness to expand knowledge and progress up the ladder as encouraged by the firm

• Business Development and interpersonal skills and understanding their importance
