Clinical Negligence solicitor/Fee earner -1+PQE - Nottingham My client is a large multi office leading legal 500 firm who are looking for a talented Clinical Negligence solicitor /legal executive for their Nottingham office who can demonstrate that they have a genuine interest in Claimant clinical negligence and who wish to develop their career in this area of law. My client is seeking a self-motivated, ambitious and experienced solicitor/fee earner to join their highly regarded and expanding clinical negligence/medical malpractice litigation team. The successful candidate will be expected to have litigation experience and well-versed in understanding the needs of our client base, together with experience of handling and advising on cases involving complex issues and maximum severity injuries.The role will be working with and supporting a Partner on complex Clinical Negligence cases.Duties will includeproviding important and detailed support on cases by preparingscheduling and organising relevant documentationassisting in the investigation and progression of their casesDealing with client enquiries both by phone and in person.
