Corporate Commercial Associate - (5+ PQE to more senior level) -

A rare high quality opportunity for a Lawyer with a good grounding in the field of Corporate and Commercial Law to join a growing multi-office firm, working with some fascinating clients.

We would encourage applications from 5+ PQE Lawyers upwards to more senior Associate level. You will need to have experience at a respected firm of working with a good range of clients in Corporate and Commercial matters affecting such fields of M&A, private equity transactions, corporate, share and asset disposals and acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures, IPOS and secondary issues, re-organisations and general Commercial work.

You should have the ability, drive and confidence to develop strong working relationships with regional and national Clients as well as providing support and advice to colleagues within the firm in a thoroughly collegiate atmosphere. You need to be a driven individual who is also a good team member and able to maintain the very high standards of this growing firm.
