My client based in Chesterfield is now looking to recruit an ambitious, career minded candidate to join its growing residential conveyancing team on a permanent basis.
The role involves marketing and developing the services of the busy Residential department, while personally handling a large number of case files (using a CMS system) for work across the conveyancing spectrum, as well as providing general advice and support for the Chesterfield team.
In order to be considered for this conveyancing fee earner position you must have a minimum of 2 years experience working in a fast paced residential property department, have excellent communication skills, ability to deal with a mixed caseload including sales and purchases, re-mortgages and new builds (freehold and leasehold), registered and unregistered titles, experience with shared ownership leases, right to buys, assents, severances of joint tenancies and general property matters.
