The Role

The firm is looking for a Commercial Solicitor with 3+ years PQE to join their outstanding practice in the City of Manchester.

The firm has a sizeable, dedicated Technology Projects team.

You will be responsible for advising PLCs, other large corporations and public sector bodies on IT procurement, managed services and outsourcing, cloud-based solutions, technology development and exploitation and intellectual property protection and enforcement.

This will include trade mark and registered design filings, trade mark oppositions, online brand protection and all aspects of trade mark, copyright, designs and patent infringement work).

The team handles high profile work and has completed projects with large and well-known Digital Tech, Fintech and RetailTech clients.

The role will give you incredible exposure to the work you want to do, giving you a platform to really grow your practice and evolve with this outstanding firm in the City of London.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Solicitor with 3+ years PQE
• You will have a strong technical knowledge and first-class communication skills
• Enjoy working in a team-based environment
• You will have strong business development capabilities
