Asset Finance Litigation Associate 2 years PQE Northampton

Excellent new opening for a disputes lawyer to join this highly rated firm's market leading asset finance litigation team.

The firm's large specialist team of asset finance litigators acts for captive and non-captive lenders, handling asset finance recoveries from routine undefended matters to large complex cases, covering motor and asset finance collections, portfolio nmanagement and standard litigation as well as the complete range of debt recovery services.

The firm is looking for an Associate with a minimum of 2 years PQE, ideally in motor finance and/or asset finance recoveries/litigation work. You will need to be used to running a complex/defended litigation caseload with minimal supervision and be willing and able to supervise juniors in the immediate team but also the wider volume teams.

Strong client management skills, as well as an ethusiasm for business and product development will be key, as will your clear wish to work as part of a team and your strong work ethic.
