Professional Negligence Associate - One of our leading national clients is looking for an experienced Senior Associate to join their expanding professional negligence team. The team represents a raft of clients from those in professional services such as solicitors, accountants and architects to those in other sectors such as engineering. The work involves handling a varied range of lower value claims as well as assisting on complex, high-value cases.

• Previous Experience: 0-5 PQE+ in professional negligence. Qualified solicitors or legal executives will be considered.

Own caseload and assisting on complex matters

The London team is looking for a solicitor with roughly 0-5 PQE with proven experience in professional indemnity work. You will be expected to handle your own caseload of smaller files as well as assisting experienced fee earners on complex matters. Such duties could include:

• Drafting instructions to counsel
• Assisting and supporting at CMCs and tial
• Reviewing evidence and overseeing disclosure exercises
• General research
