A leading Legal 100, top tier firm in Tunbridge Wells is looking for a Property Litigation Solicitor (NQ-5 years' PQE) to join in its very successful and recommended property litigation team.
Your caseload will be varied and your clients will include developers, retailers, local authorities, high net worth individuals and property investment companies.
The team handle a broad range of contentious property work including commercial landlord and tenant, real property, property contracts, property insolvency, construction, and residential landlord and tenant including enfranchisement. Ideally you will have experience in some if not all of these areas.
The firm offer a competitive salary and will consider flexible working.
