Private Client Solicitor

Due to a continuous influx of work, a reputable law firm in Aberdeen is currently seeking an additional solicitor to join its private client department. 

This is a full-time opportunity, and the workload includes a diverse range of private client matters, including Wills, Trusts, Executry Estates, Power of Attorney and Guardianship, as well as Tax and Wealth Planning and Management. You must have previous experience within a similar role, and be competent in handling transactions with minimal supervision and seeing transactions through to completion. This is a busy department, so time management is crucial. 

To be successful in your application, you will be an organised and ambitious NQ-3 PQE solicitor with experience in a private client seat/department who possesses the following attributes:

• Good communication skills
• Strong academics
• Business development skills (advantageous)
