Conveyancing Assistant-Wakefield

The Role:
-You will working as a Conveyancing Assistant supporting a conveyancer with a residential property caseload from inception through to post completion
-The caseload is varied and will include:
Sales and purchases
* Freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered property
* Extensive client contact
* Remortgages
* Leasehold flats
* Newbuilds
* Transfers of Equity
Requirements:
-Previous experience of assisting with a sale and purchase caseload
-Ability to work autonomously
