The brand new opportunity has arisen for a Property Paralegal with a Tier 1 ranked, Legal 100 firm in Chelmsford.
The ideal Paralegal will have at least 12 months experience in new build matters however, candidates with more general residential or commercial property experience who are looking to specialise in new build transactions will be considered. Proven experience dealing with the Land Registry Portal, Lender Exchange and Help to Buy would be advantageous.
Due to the fast paced nature of new build work, you must have a solid work ethic and meticulous nature. You must also possess strong communication skills, as you will regularly liaising with clients and third parties.
