Commercial Litigation lawyers 2 – 4 & 5+ years’ PQE LONDON

Commercial law firm in London is looking to recruit two Commercial Litigation lawyers – one of 2 to 4 years’ PQE and the other of 5 or more years’ PQE. As part of the teams’ expansion plans and to assist with a growing and increasingly sophisticated workload, the firm is presently seeking two high-calibre Associates to complement its existing team. The role will encompass substantial commercial and financial litigation and international arbitration matters. The firm is particularly busy at present with high-value financial and civil fraud disputes work and, accordingly, recent experience of such work would be very desirable. The successful candidate will have an excellent academic record (2:1 degree minimum from a Russell Group or equivalent university), and most likely will have trained with, and have experience as an associate within either, a top 30 London law firm, a leading US law firm based in London or a market leading disputes boutique law firm dealing with complex and high-value commercial disputes. Foreign language skills and a very good working knowledge of the CPR would be an advantage. The successful candidate will have an imaginative approach to problem-solving; possess the ability to work well and collaboratively with others; and, be able and willing to take on difficult problems with a can-do attitude.
