Business Crime Legal Researcher

LAW Absolute are working with a top 200 law firm who are looking for a Business Crime Legal Researcher to join them on a 12-month FTC.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Carrying out research,
• Drafting with relation to sanctions law,
• Maintaining the sanctions blog,
• Reading and summarising judgements,
• Drafting articles.

You may also be involved in developing the website to include additional content and features such as podcasts. You may also be required to assist with some paralegal duties such as preparing bundles.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of a 2.1 at degree level or equivalent and ideally have completed the LPC.

It is essential you have gained experience before as a Paralegal or Legal Researcher within a similar setting and have an interest in sanctions and international law.

Experience using legal databases such as Lexis Nexis, Westlaw and PLC is highly desirable.
