Residential Conveyancer, Northamptonshire – 2+ PQE – An opportunity has arisen within an established practice to undertake a varied caseload of residential property transactions from initial instruction through to completion.

SALARY: Dependent on experience

THE ROLE:
An experienced Conveyancer is highly sought after to join a reputable practice and handle a full and varied caseload of residential property transactions. Handling your own of residential property matters you must have experience of dealing with the whole conveyancing process from initial instruction through to completion. Your residential property caseload will include new build matters, transfer of equity, re-mortgages, right to buy and freehold and leasehold matters.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from Licensed Conveyancers, Legal Executives, Solicitors and experienced Paralegals who have a sound track record of covering all types of residential property matters. Ideal Residential Conveyancers will have experience of dealing with plot transactions and be confident in their ability to manage the whole process from initial instruction through to completion.
