Planning Paralegal

LAW Absolute are working with a top 50 law firm based in Birmingham who are looking for a Planning Paralegal to join them on a permanent basis.

You will be supporting Partners and Associates on a variety of Planning matters including; judicial review claims, due diligence and Public inquiries.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Managing your own caseload,
• Making applications for highway closures and diversions,
• Assisting with property-related work.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of a 2.1 at degree level or equivalent and ideally have completed the LPC.

It is essential you have a minimum of a years’ experience as a Planning paralegal within a similar setting and have a strong understanding of planning licences and highway closures and diversions.

We are also keen to see paralegals who have gained experience within local authorities.
