Clinical Negligence Lawyer NQ+ Job - Exeter

Your new firm
Our client are seeking a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their Exeter team at a really exciting time in their development. Your new role
You will work on a full range of existing and new cases for the Clinical Negligence team, to include catastrophic and high value cases. As well as developing your own caseload under supervision and with full support, you will work alongside senior members of the team on a range of Clinical Negligence cases. You will get fully involved in a range of Business Development activities and work with the wider team to develop the Clinical Negligence service and client base.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an NQ - 2 years PQE lawyer with excellent technical knowledge in Clinical Negligence law. If joining at the NQ level you may have completed a seat in Clinical Negligence as part of your Training Contract and be looking to secure an NQ position upon qualification. You may also have equivalent relevant experience if taking the CILEX route to qualification. You will have a genuine interest in healthcare and an interest in developing your business development and marketing skills as well as excellent all round communication skills including the capability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
