Residential Conveyancing Locum, 3+ PQE, Cornwall. Immediate start available for a talented conveyancer.
JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancing Locum
PQE: 3+ years
LOCATION: Cornwall
HOURLY RATE: £35 -£40
THE ROLE: Commencing as soon as possible, this role will be providing support to a close-knit team during a particularly busy period. You will be providing assistance with a busy caseload of residential conveyancing matters, focusing primarily on actioning urgent files to raise enquiries, prepare report on title etc and working with permanent fee earners to provide excellent and timely client care. This requirement is on-going, and office based.
THE CANDIDATE: A qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 3 years upwards of experience in Residential Conveyancing transactions, you will be highly competent in freehold and leasehold sales and purchases and will thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be a committed team player with a proven track record in delivering excellent client care and will have availability to commence this in office role at short notice.
