A Midlands based organisation is looking for a Commercial Lawyer to join their In-house legal team on a 12 month fixed term contract.
The In-house legal team supports the business in a variety of areas; managing legal risk, ensuring compliance with data protection, and managing appropriate insurance. As part of the In-house team, you will take on a varied and commercially focussed role;
· Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements
· Advising on a range of litigation, complaints, and corporate governance
· Contributing to a variety of projects across the business
· Providing support on other areas of law as required
The role would suit an individual from a Commercial background, either In-house or in Practice, with the ability to manage commercial relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
The role is based in Coventry and is for a fixed 12 month period.
