PROPERTY LITIGATION SOLICITOR - BRILLIANT FIRM - A Litigation opportunity with huge potential at a substantial legal 500 firm.
About you
To be successful, you must be a qualified lawyer (either as a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive). At Associate level, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years PQE.
You must have a robust knowledge of Landlord and Tenant law, along with experience of case management and managing a portfolio of customer matters. You will undertake specialist or technical research and analysis, and demonstrate effective delegation of procedural, clerical, and administrative tasks to Legal Assistants as appropriate. Whilst no employee management is required as a 'Technical Specialist', you will be expected to show good leadership and assist others in the team with more complex work on matters.
You will be working directly alongside Partner level colleagues in a very well-run department and assisting with the management of a range of Litigation matters but specialising more specifically in the field of Property Litigation. The firm will offer you their full support to enable you, over time, to develop your own strong specialism within this field and to work with a good deal of autonomy.
