Corporate VC Associate

This long established City firm is growing its corporate practice and wishes to bring on a Corporate associate with strong transactional VC experience acting for investors and investees. The successful candidate will have upwards of 2 years PQE in related M&A work, experience of drafting M&A agreements, ancillary documents and providing corporate support. Applicants must have a passion for the VC / tech sector and preferably have training and PQE within a Top 50 firm or else a strong boutique which is well ranked for its VC work. The roles offers the opportunity to work with the partners, run deals and grow the practice. The firm is committed to development of its associates and offers a warm, collaborative culture.
