Senior Contentious Probate and Litigation Solicitor/ Partner

LAW Absolute is currently recruiting for a Senior Contentious Probate and Litigation Solicitor/ Partner to join an eminent Legal 500 law firm on a permanent basis. This role will be based in Kent.

The successful candidate will undertake a variety of litigation matters such as contentious probate, commercial and residential landlord and tenant, professional negligence, partnership disputes, debt recovery, inheritance claims and insolvency.  

The ideal candidate must be a qualified Solicitor and have at least five years of experience in handling civil litigation matters.
