BCL Legal are currently working with a great firm based in Coventry who are looking to recruit an Employment Law Fee Earner to join their busy, forward thinking and recently expanded firm.
The role involves claimant and respondent work in all aspects of Employment Law.
This position would suit someone who is 3-5 years+ qualified, however the firm will also consider applications from those candidates with 2 years PQE. The source of work is from a mixture of existing clients, as well as direct enquiries, word of mouth and recommendations. Thew firm are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, and run with the existing caseload, from start to finish, with a proven track record of meeting fee earning targets and who is happy to be actively involved in business development.
This role will require some level of flexibility, due to the firms office location and the nature of the work involved, therefore candidates must drive and have their own transport. There may also be occasions where you will be required to stay late to meet the business and client's needs. The firm are offering excellent career progression opportunities for right candidate.

Candidates will also be considered on a part time basis, however, must be able to work Mondays. Ideally, the firm are looking for someone who is able to work 4 full days, or 5 shorter days.
