£50,000 + DOE

Legal 500 Regional firm seeks a Contentious Probate solicitor to join it's established practice in Ashford.
Due to expansion, an opportunity has arisen for a solicitor with experience in contentious probate to join the existing specialist team.
Ideally you will be a qualified solicitor of 6 years plus PQE and have developed a proven track record in the full range of contentious probate work including wills disputes, probate actions, capacity issues, abuse of LPA and inheritance act claims. The team work closely with the highly rated private client team providing litigation support on mental capacity issues.
Our client is interested in hearing from senior individuals and those with a drive for partnership will find this an attractive position.
ACTAPS accreditation is highly desirable although the opportunity to undertake accreditation is available.
