The Role:
· Joining the Real Estate Commercial team you will work alongside some of the best and most reputable partners in the North West
· You will be involved in both contentious and non-contentious matters
· The team deals with all legal aspects to include;
- Acquisition
- Disposal
- Development
- Letting and management of properties
· There will also be involvement in;
- Financing of transactions
- Planning
- Construction and property litigation

Candidate Requirements:
· Paralegal with experience in a Construction / Real Estate team
· Strong academic record
