A successful Legal 500 ranked full-service law firm are seeking an experienced Construction Paralegal to join their growing Real Estate Commercial team based in Manchester in their vibrant Spinningfields offices.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Paralegal to join an established team who deal with all legal aspects of the acquisition, disposal, development, letting and management of property. The Construction team sits within the firm’s Real Estate Commercial department and deal with a wide variety of contentious and non-contentious matters.

The Role:

The successful candidate will be joining the Construction team within the firm’s Real Estate Commercial department to support their Construction Partners on a variety of contentious and non-contentious matters.

Person Specifics:

• Previous experience as a Paralegal within a Construction and/or Real Estate Commercial department
• Relevant experience in Construction or Litigation work
• Legal qualification e.g. LL.B/LPC/LL.M
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
