• Cross border public and private M&A.
• Private equity transactions.
• Working with established companies and financial institutions on their strategic investments.
• Working on M&A, PE, investment funds and venture capital.

The candidate

• 3-4 PQE Corporate Associate. Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales.
• Experience across PE and M&A across a range of industries.
• Exposure of working at a top international law firm.
• Excellent academics.
